Augusta National has it's famous 16th hole. Pebble Beach has it's famous finishing hole along the Pacific Ocean. But these pale in comparison to the 11th hole at Hawthorne Hills, site of the Greater Hickory Street Open, in Wisc. for many years. This hole ruined many a good golf round for Bruce over the years and finally culminated with an outburst that took place during one of the Hickory Street Open outings. Bruce looked at me and said "Ron, I have the propensity to f---up this hole!! Hence,I renamed the 11th hole the "PROPENSITY" hole and nicknamed Bruce---"PROPENSITY". Since that day, I rarely called Bruce by his name. Instead, it always was "PROPENSITY"!!
